11. Exercise: Introduction to Message Data

Put app in background

Make sure you have network connectivity

Go to the notification tab and enter a message and select the Squawker app as the User segment

Under Advanced options add Custom data with the key "test" and the value of your name

Update the Squawker app to get the intent extras and display the intent extra with the key "test" in the logs

Send the message

Check the logs for your name
